Course Description

Pedohebephiles, or individuals who have a sexual interest in children, can experience difficulties in receiving mental healthcare for this concern.
This study is a meta analysis that looks at the treatment needs of people who identify as pedohebephiles.
It also assesses the barriers to treatment that they experience.

Readers will learn:
- The difference between pedophilia and hebephilia.
- Why pedohebephilic individuals seek treatment.
- What the most common treatment goals are for pedohebephilic individuals.
- The most common barriers to treatment experienced by pedohebephilic individuals.
