This course examines a study on the experiences of women from an online forum called Porn Free Women. The study analyzes posts to determine common themes and sexual scripts of the participants. The topic is discussed in the context of a feminist perspective.

This is an accredited course designed for Licensed Professional Counselors to earn Continuing Education Hours, or LPC CEHs

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

  1. Come to understand some of the current feminist thought on pornography
  2. Learn about the Sexual Script Theory
  3. Learn about the meaning of three themes of discussion on the Porn Free Women forum
