Patti Hoyt LPC, CAADC, CSAT

Patti has been working in the mental health field since 2008 as an individual and group therapist. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in addictions, especially the process addictions of food and sex.

Patti provides a safe non-judgmental environment where clients can explore, grow, and be successful in different areas of life. She is a solution-focused therapist who integrates complementary techniques to offer an individualized approach for each client so they may build upon their individual strengths, heal pain from the past, and be motivated to reach their personal goals.

Before entering the field of counseling, she taught life skills, anger management groups, and facilitated individual and family sessions with high risk youth. She completed her Master’s degree in Divinity and Pastoral Counseling from Moravian Theological Seminary and started working in the field of addictions at Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services – Addiction Treatment Programs. There she facilitated Intensive Outpatient counseling groups, general outpatient groups, individual and family counseling.

In 2014, she became a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and joined Dr. Weeks and SATS to work with sexual addiction while bringing the experience of working with drug, alcohol, and food addiction.

In 2016, she became a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist and became a Clinical Associate Member of Mid-Atlantic Association for the Treatment of Sex Abusers, and in 2019 earned the credentialing as a Certified Sexual Offender Treatment Specialist.

Patti works in our Bethlehem office and offers virtual counseling.
